It comes with 1 handle. there's many handle to choose from at Home Depot. size to buy for a standard 30" door opening our door opening is 30", we bought the 36" door and, when closed, it covers the opening as well as the trim around the opening. The edge of the door and the outer edge of the trim line up almost perfectly. It looks very nice. I think the larger 42" door is way too big, not sure if they make one smaller than 36" Can you add a lock to this door? yes, I'm pretty sure you could add a lock, Check out the local Home Depot that have several types of locking systems. What is the measurement of the door handle (L & W) that comes with the door?

The length is 9" width 1 1/4" it sticks out 2" I elected not to use my handle on the door, Going to use it somewhere else....when I get around to it. do they come in any sizes smaller than 36 my bathroom door now is 24 No, but you have options. That one could be narrowed by omitting a couple of panels OR, you could purchase a 24" barn door. If you choose the later, you would have to purchase the rail hardware kit separately and install it on the door 24" door. How long is the rail for 42 inch width door version? Can i find this door in 32"? I haven't seen a 32" doors, you could take 2" off both sides to a make a 32", I don't think it would hurt the strength of this barn door. You can ask you local Home Depot for any suggestions. As to 2 doors meeting at a middle point I think that could work and look very sharp/Z-Bar Knotty Alder Interior Barn Door Slab with Sliding Door Hardware Kit Questions - page 2
