Bustos spends every Sunday -- his only day off from work -- venturing through the city in search of anyone in need who'd appreciate a haircut. Approaching each person with the same, simple phrase -- "I want to do something nice for you today" -- Bustos provides cuts to up to six people every Sunday, capturing many stylings on his Instagram account. Bustos has been cutting hair for the less fortunate since May 2012, when he traveled to the Philippines to visit family members. While abroad, he paid an owner of a barbershop to rent a chair and provide services to impoverished children in need of a fresh look. "The feeling was so rewarding, I decided to bring the positive energy back to NYC," Bustos, 30, told The Huffington Post in an email, noting he's also given haircuts to the needy in Jamaica, Costa Rica and Los Angeles.

One of Bustos' clients, Jim from Long Beach, California, who'd just been released from prison two weeks before his haircut. "Every human life is worth the same," Bustos wrote in the caption. "We all deserve a second chance." Of all the meaningful haircuts Bustos has given over the years, one recipient sticks out. "Jemar Banks -- I'll never forget the name," Bustos told HuffPost. "After offering him a haircut and whatever food he wanted to eat, he didn't have much to say throughout the whole process, until after I showed him what he looked like when I was done ... The first thing he said to me was, 'Do you know anyone that's hiring?'" Bustos made sure to catch Jemar's haircut on camera: Bustos said he cuts hair all over New York City, often accompanied by his girlfriend, who asks recipients what food they'd like to eat. "One response we've gotten is, 'Nobody ever asks me what I actually want. I usually just get leftovers and scraps,'" Bustos told HuffPost. Bustos said he intentionally cuts hair for the homeless in open, well-traveled spaces like street corners and sidewalks so that the public can watch -- "not to see me," he notes, but so that others can find inspiration in the good deed, and be kind to those less unfortunate as well.

"Even a simple smile can go a long way," Bustos told HuffPost. You can follow Bustos' work helping the homeless on his Instagram account. Distressing: The footage shows three men attacking one woman in a club in Jamaica, allegedly with the excuse that it is a 'dance' After reviewing the video footage, Facebook initially responded that they will not take down the clip as it does not violate the social network's 'Community Standards'After being contacted by MailOnline about the video, Facebook admitted that a mistake had been made during the reviewing process and the video was taken down - but not before it was viewed nearly two million times

, and shared by over 15,500 people. The one-minute clip starts with the woman being dragged by her dress, which has been pulled up to her chest, as one of the men thrusts behind her.She is seen protesting and holding up her hands to make the men stop, but the three men surround her on the dancefloor.Suddenly one of the men jumps onto her, causing her to fall flat on her back on the floor as a second man still tears at her flowery dress. As she lies on the floor the humiliation and fear is etched across her face as the man who jumped on her straddles her as he continues to pull her dress up to reveal her stomach and underwear. All three men take turns in jumping on her as she struggles to get back on her feet and get away from her attackers. Suddenly one of the men jumps onto her, causing her to fall flat on her back on the floor as a second man still tears at her flowery dress After she gets up off the floor and runs away from the men, they follow her and jump and climb onto herThe crowd around them cheer and shockingly no one steps in to help the woman as she is followed by the three men.

She tried to get away but the men grab her by the neck and continue to jump on her, forcing her to exit onto a balcony. They continue to climb all over her, the abusive attack culminating in one of the men putting a plastic bucket over her head. The incident is believed to have taken place in an unknown location in Jamaica, and was posted on Facebook by a local community group for Montego Bay on on Jamaica's north coast. The video was reported to Facebook by at least two users, but despite the obvious display of violence, abuse and sexual harassment, the social network company refused to take down the clip. After she flees onto a balcony, the men continue to climb all over her, grabbing her by the neck The abusive attack culminates in one of the men putting a plastic bucket over her head and banging on it The the Union of Jewish Students of France (UEJF) and SOS-Racisme are suingTwitter, YouTube and Facebook for allegedly failing to uphold requirements to delete content deemed racist, anti-Semitic, homophobic or defending terrorism.

The two organisations referred to a survey carried out between March 31 and May 10 by their members and those of a third association, SOS Homophobie. In this 'first mass test of social networks,' the groups uncovered 586 instances of content that was 'racist, anti-Semitic, denied the Holocaust, homophobic (or) defended terrorism or crimes against humanity,' the joint statement said.Only a fraction of these postings was deleted by the host organisations within a 'reasonable time,' as required under a 2004 French law: four percent on Twitter, seven percent on YouTube and 34 percent on Facebook.'It's a mystery whether moderating teams in social media are actually working,' said Sacha Reingewirtz, president of the UEJF.Dominique Sopo, head of SOS-Racisme, said the social media giants were hypocritical.'These platforms seem more shocked about content with bare breasts, which is swiftly censored, than about incitement to hatred,' Sopo said.'Our legal step aims at getting the authorities to apply the law so that these organisation submit to it in full.'

Facebook responded that they 'reviewed the video reported and found it doesn't violate our Community Standards'.  After being contacted by MailOnline, Facebook removed the video. Before it was taken down, the video had nearly 1.8million views and had been shared almost 15,500 times.Viewers are outraged at the violence and attack on the woman, with many calling for the arrests of the three dancers.User Tiffany Ariel Grasty said: 'There is nothing funny about this. This poor girl has every right to press charges on them for sexual assault. Mariah Kelly added: #Please explain to me what the f*** is so funny about humiliating and ripping this poor girls clothes to shreds while these grown a** CLOWNS jump all over her and assault her? From the beginning her hands are saying no/ stop and by the way she threw the guy off her back and is pushing them away, my educated guess is that she's humiliated and wants them to stop. 'No one wants to be treated like a zoo animal! Anyone who thinks this is okay and/or funny is a complete idiot!
