late 2003 and last year, Campbell said Sam had added boxes that had gradually increased in quantity. The first three boxes he added had his name on them and contained toys and other items to be given to relatives or friends in Sydney, the court was told. Campbell said she recalled him asking her if he could add But she said he did not ask her permission to add increasing numbers of boxes that had arrived - to her mounting annoyance and later anger - to containers she imported into Australia in December 2003, December 2004 and in 2005. had been alarmed, she said.
