There are rain boots at Miss Smarty Pants that you can personalize with your initials; Fleurty Girl also has some very cute patterned ones.Pick up a clear poncho in case of a rain emergency. These can be found all over the French Quarter in the souvenir shops for less than a dollar.Bring a blanket or sheet to spread over the ground.
