Our client is a multifamily leading virtual leasing and resident engagement platform that connects the world's real estate markets, simplifies and enhances the touring process is now looking for a Backend Developer.

What is the project about:

It's a US-based company founded in 2013. Hovewer the development team is located in Uzhhorod of Ukraine.

The company's product is multifamily's only video leasing and engagement solution enabling live video tours, live virtual open houses, and DIY pre-recorded videos of properties. Preserving the power of personal experience and live dialogue, the Platform simplifies and enhances the real estate touring process by providing a more efficient, convenient, and cost-effective way of showing and touring properties. 

Utilizing a digital dashboard, users can communicate in real-time via live video, capture photos, take notes, view interactive maps, and more. 

The company's mission is to connect the world's real estate markets, simplify and enhance the touring process, and be the fabric of real-time real estate. 

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience with NodeJS
• Experience with MongoDB, Docker, MicroService architecture, express.js, mongoose, WebSockets
• Strong JavaScript knowledge
• Strong knowledge of REST architecture and HTTP protocol
• Experience with AWS - is a plus
• Experience with Sails - is a plus
• Experience with PostgreSQL - is a plus
• Writing optimized code for high load systems - is a plus
• Understanding principles of front-end - is a plus
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• English - Intermediate+
