Surrounded by her closest girlfriends and clad in a polka-dotted dress, the former Bachelor winner enjoyed a flamingo-themed baby shower Monday before her first child is set to arrive around July 5th. "Catherine had a wonderful time. They played games and ate ice cream and got silly with the flamingos," husband Sean Lowe told E! "More than anything, it was a great time for her girlfriends to celebrate her and the baby on the way. She was so appreciative and grateful. It was just her Dallas girlfriends, about 15 or 20 of them."While the married couple seems to have plenty of help around them, Catherine will be able to count on two more sets of helping hands come July. "Her mom and her sister are coming to stay with us for about a month once the baby is born," Sean revealed. "I know to most husbands that might sound daunting, but we love them and we're excited about it." Sean Lowe and Catherine Giudici Celebrate Their Second Wedding Anniversary With Sweet Throwback Photos "We have so much baby stuff now," Sean said of their growing collection of baby swag, which now features practical items like car seats, clothes, baby rockers and diapers.

"That's what we wanted. We want to feel like we have our bases covered."Fortunately, the couple recently moved into a 4,000 square foot house in Dallas, which has plenty of room for all of their baby baubles—and even a spot to cozy up for films. "It has four bedrooms, four bathrooms and a home office, so we can really grow into it. I wanted a back porch where I can grill out and watch baseball. We spend a lot of time out there. We also love watching movies—that's our time together. So, in the new house we wanted a theater room. We splurged on it and got a theater room."As an added bonus, it's close to their family in the Texas suburbs. "If we need to drop off the baby so they can babysit, it won't be a problem," he assured. Still, we can't even imagine what it must be like to move while almost nine months pregnant. Thankfully, the pair had some behind-the-scenes help. "SpareFoot has been awesome. You never realize how much stuff you own until you have to pick it up," he admitted.

"With Catherine being pregnant, she obviously couldn't lift anything. We had a lot we didn't need right away, so they stored it. The partnership made sense for us. The baby already has more things than we do!" The Bachelor's Sean Lowe and Catherine Giudici Begin Their Journey to Amazinghood at Baby Shower Three years after Lowe appeared on television as the 17th bachelor of the series, it seems life couldn't be more different for the dad-to-be. Still, the franchise will always be a special part of their lives, particularly now as the newest season of The Bachelorette begins. "Of course we watched. It's our favorite night of the week," he said of the premiere episode starring JoJo Fletcher. "I think she's got an interesting group of guys...I don't watch to see a love story unfold. I'm purely in it for the entertainment and the comedy. There's going to be good material this season. Some guys are already putting their feet in their mouths and doing dumb things. There are some villains forming."

With his experience, Lowe can already tell Fletcher is cut out to handle a life experience like this.  "It's going to be a fun season for me. I think she handled it like a pro. You have to have a strong personality to handle it. She'll do great," he added. "She has an open heart and an open mind." —Additional reporting by Beth Sobol 27 Celebrities Who Are Obsessed With The BachelorA range of pressure reducing chairs for user comfort and care.
