Effective immediately we will no longer support voucher issuance requests over the phone via the NDC Trade Support line. 

 

You can issue a voucher under the BwC policy using the following channels:

  1. Via the NDC APIs - More detail on how to do this is available here: https://ndc.ba.com/docs/capability-features/order-management/cancel-and-refund
  2. Via Webform - This can be done at the following link: https://ndc.ba.com/forms/ndcissue

 

We will consider the submission date when issuing vouchers and will guarantee all voucher requests as long as the request is submitted before the scheduled departure time. 

 

This approach removes the need for agents to call, even in the event of last minute voucher requests on the day of departure, and will reduce overall call waiting times.
