We are expanding our marketing efforts and we’re looking for the person who will drive the promotion and marketing efforts of our Services and Product companies. The candidate will need to collaborate and coordinate the Product / Services Marketing promotion and work together with Engineering, Sales, and Stakeholders to provide best promotion and growth ideas. The candidate should also be able to control and track the implementation as well as cover reporting and adjust the effort according to the results. 


Responsibilities:

  • Attracting more business opportunities and new client leads
  • Creating and implementing new approaches to growing brand awareness and organic traffic
  • Ensuring our Blog/content performance and continuously optimize it; requires working closely with conversion rate optimization and user experience tracking
  • Experience with launching and optimizing brand marketing campaigns, aimed at increasing consumers’ awareness and understanding our brand
  • Working with our Web analytics to drive strategy and control implementation for disruptive growth in Google organic search (multi channel). Includes technical SEO and creating content roadmaps, as well as validating content and aligning it towards the SEO goals aimed at our brand building
  • Using created content to accelerate our marketing efforts by seeding it across channels and optimizing it for growth
  • Working on retention by leveraging content and product updates to prevent user churn


Requirements:

  • Prior 2+ years experience of marketing promotion of a SaaS/PaaS Product or an IT Services company to the US / EU market (Leading roles only)
  • Proven success record with statistics
  • Advanced or fluent English, writing and speaking
  • Experience with Organic-focused promotion rather than Ads-based
  • Comfort with changing directions and ambiguity – you have a strong initiative and have superb problem-solving abilities
  • Self-driven and willing to work across different tools and technologies
  • Willing to take on responsibility; attention to details and strong focus on result


Would be a plus:

  • Coordination or creating/sketching of Customer-facing content and Lead Magnets (presentations, datasheets, brochures, whitepapers, etc)
  • SEO optimization / Backlinks growth experience
  • Social media growth expertise for corporate SaaS/PaaS accounts


Technical skills (required):

Google analytics

G suite

Ahrefs/Semrush or other SEO tools


Technical skills (would be nice to have):

Google Data Studio

Pardot (Salesforce)
