My wife and I would like to express our appreciation for the customer service we received from Cupp's Auto Care. We were heading to Martinsburg from Virginia when our Ford Explorer had a stuck rear brake caliper. A local Martinsburg resident helped by calling several area repair shops for us, but none would help us on a Saturday. When the call was made to Cupp's Auto Care, Mr. Cupp said he would repair our brake problem. Within four hours of our leaving the vehicle with them and at a reasonable price – they got us back on the road when we needed it. All of the staff at Cupp's were extremely polite and helpful, and we were very grateful we were able to get back home the same day. Our thanks again for this excellent service. (Sent to Cupp’s Auto Care in Martinsburg, WV) A screw in my tire 200 miles from home with a camper is my definition of "captive audience." This shop squeezed me in, patched my tire in a few minutes, and charged me a "more than fair" price. Would use them again in a heartbeat and if they were in my town, I would recommend them to family and friends.

They could have gouged me and didn't. This is the best that a small business has to offer. (Sent to Crossroads Auto Repair in Selbyville, DE) We recently broke down in Burns, Oregon, and found ourselves in desperate need of a mechanic for a broken radiator. Yekel's Repair was right up the street, and I was absolutely floored at the excellent care we received from them. They went far beyond any kind of customer service we've ever had from a mechanic, and we were absolutely so thankful for their care and efforts on our behalf. They truly went above and beyond what I'd expected from a mechanic, and if that's the kind of service that is provided at Napa AutoCare centers, I will sing your praises to anyone who will listen. (Sent to Yekel’s Repair Inc., a NAPA AutoCare Center in Burns, OR) I was towed to AJ’s Auto & Fleet after experiencing a wheel problem on I-75. My contact at the shop, Tony, couldn't have been nicer. The problem was not only corrected, but he gave me suggestions for future maintenance on my vehicle as well.

Considering he was pretty busy, I was in-and-out in about an hour! (Sent to AJ’s Auto and Fleet, a NAPA AutoCare Center in Ft. Myers, FL) I just want to complement your team manager and staff at the Richmond Hill AutoCare Center for the wonderful job they did in helping me when my car died on I-95. If your car was damaged, you'll need to have it inspected and get a repair estimate. You can choose from many options to do this: Drive-in centers—If you're able to safely drive you car, you can take it to a convenient drive-in center. While you're there, an Allstate auto adjuster will prepare an estimate of damages, and in most cases, issue payment.

Good Hands® Repair Network—Take your car to one of over 3,500 repair shops that participate in the Good Hands Repair Network. Allstate provides a written guarantee of repairs for as long as you own the vehicle. Choose your own provider—You always have the option to have your estimate and repairs made at the body or repair shop of your choice, and we will be happy to work with that shop. Field inspection—In the event that those options don't work for you, you might be able to schedule a field inspection. For example, if you're not able to drive your car, or if your car is at a tow yard, Allstate will work with you to inspect the car elsewhere or have it towed to a shop of your choice. Call 1-800-ALLSTATE or talk to an agent to schedule an estimate. When you're ready to get the damage repaired, you can take your car anywhere you'd like. If you're looking for an auto repair shop on your own, ask people you know for recommendations. Looking around a car repair shop can also provide important clues about how reputable it is.

Look for a clean, organized shop with mechanic certifications on the wall that's willing to offer a written guarantee on parts on labor. If your car repair shop's estimate doesn't match the one you received from your claim adjuster, Allstate will work to resolve the differences and make any necessary adjustments. *By clicking the link above, you acknowledge you've read and understood the statements below.
