You can choose from many options to do this: Drive-in centers—If you're able to safely drive you car, you can take it to a convenient drive-in center. While you're there, an Allstate auto adjuster will prepare an estimate of damages, and in most cases, issue payment. Good Hands® Repair Network—Take your car to one of over 3,500 repair shops that participate in the Good Hands Repair Network. Allstate provides a written guarantee of repairs for as long as you own the vehicle. Choose your own provider—You always have the option to have your estimate and repairs made at the body or repair shop of your choice, and we will be happy to work with that shop. Field inspection—In the event that those options don't work for you, you might be able to schedule a field inspection.
For example, if you're not able to drive your car, or if your car is at a tow yard, Allstate will work with you to inspect the car elsewhere or have it towed to a shop of your choice. Call 1-800-ALLSTATE or talk to an agent to schedule an estimate. When you're ready to get the damage repaired, you can take your car anywhere you'd like. If you're looking for an auto repair shop on your own, ask people you know for recommendations. Looking around a car repair shop can also provide important clues about how reputable it is. Look for a clean, organized shop with mechanic certifications on the wall that's willing to offer a written guarantee on parts on labor. Glass Claim Express is Allstate's exclusive national glass program administered by Safelite Solutions, LLC. To simplify the repair or replacement of your glass damage, Allstate has service agreements with Glass Claim Express, where arrangements can be made for repair or replacements at the glass shop of your choice.
