When they determined they didn't have it, they called another company, explained what I was looking for and gave me directions to that company who had that part.
They didn't get that sale but they will get my future business - as will the other company. I am a business owner, had my front door broken into on a Saturday night. I called several commercial glass repair places but glass doctor was the only one that called me back and came out to my shop on Sunday. They replaced the glass in my front door within 2 hours. Can't ask for more than that. Saved me a lot of trouble. They were professional and quick. on time, friendly, efficient i had a french door with a broken glass pane that needed repair. i contacted the glass doctor and they responded very quickly and set up an appointment for a technician to come out and look at it the next day. i thought that it would be a consultation visit only, but the technician was actually able to repair the window on the spot. he was on time, friendly, the repair took very little time, and cost about what i expected to pay. the window looks beautiful. no excuses, adjustments or delays Steve Oxford & crew were on the scene with a plan to do the job within a single day.

They'd been measured, ordered and installed all in our lifetime - no excuses, adjustments, delays or back orders. They took measurements and sent those in for the glass to be made.
