After the service was done I was not satisfied at all. There was damage done to the roof of my car. There were scratches coming from under the rubber of the new windsheild. My car is not older than a year and the scratches were not there before.
No one told me thiat scratches were done to the vehicle. When I went back to ask about the damages, no one cared, they refused to admit that they had done the damages. One man came to look at the scratches, not the technician, and just glanced and said that was there before. Yet he was not the technician. How would he know the scratches were there before. It was obvious the scratches came from the new installed windsheild. Customer service is terrible. I do not recommend getting service done here. My car roof looks terrible.ShareFlag12/29/2015I had my windshield replace and the installer didn't remove the sticker on the windshield. I now have to drive a 100 miles to have a VA State Trooper to physically replace the sticker. I spoke with the Manager at the Dundalk, MD store and he rudely stated that there was "Nothing I Can Do". It was their error.
