Q. I have pets - how can I make sure they are safe near the chair when it is in a raised position?A. All Age UK Riser Recliner Chairs come as standard with a unique safety feature - solid barriers that are revealed when the chair is raised. This means that there are no gaps anywhere round the chair, so that your pet can not get trapped underneath.Q. What do I do if my Riser Recliner stops working?A. In the highly unlikely event of this happening, we will send out our own engineer. If the problem can't be rectified in your home and we have to take the chair away to repair it, then a loan chair can be left until its return.Q. How do I know my chair will stand the test of time?A. All chairs are covered by a manufacturer's 24-months warranty. All chairs have undergone rigorous testing for strength and stability so will give years of continuous useQ.
