But that seems so low compared to every other goose down feather pillow I have seen around the internet. Is that really the same pillow? Yes, I bought some and love them! So the $20 ones are the same ones in the hotel? That seems like a steal! if thats true, Im in for a few as well!! It would seem that Aria is paying a bulk wholesale price for those pillows, and what you see on the internet is more of a retail price.
I may be wrong. As consumers it is not always pleasant thinking about the difference between retail prices we pay, and the markup just at the distribution level of the supply chain, let alone the markup from Manufacturer, through distribution, to the end consumer. So yes, the Aria pillows I would believe are pretty authentic. Ive read this about hotel mattresses and maybe its true for pillows as well. Hotels buy inexpensive mattresses because they dont keep them long. A regular person would keep a mattress what 8,10, 12 years? And a Hotel maybe a year or two. So Ill assume this is true with pillows. Obviously every hotel is different but it makes perfect sense, if this is accurate. Aria's beds, pillows and bedding made for the most comfortable night's sleep I've hand in any hotel anywhere. I wonder if they ship to Canada... We own two Wynn pillows(hubby) and two Aria pillows(me), and just love them. Very reasonable...........also have Wynn sheets and pillow cases that i have had at least 5 years and washed a zillion times and they are still perfect.
myke, they wrap them into very small packages and put them in shopping bags for you so you just carry them on the plane IMHO ~ $20.00 is a bargain for a goose down pillow, I don't think you can buy one in a department store for twice that price!
