I won't go anywhere else. I am old fashioned and I want to know the people I buy from and they give me advice that is always spot on, as I am "home challenged" when it comes to purchasing. Keep up the great work! The survey misinterprets what I am saying, alternate facts. The Returns desk helped me a s much as they could, but the store's internet connection was down, so we were unable to complete the task. Good Service, Poor Equipment. Walk in, grab what you need, don't ask anyone for help, pay for your stuff, and get out... that's what I've learned with shopping in HD...Yes to all questions on right. Friendly people and good supply of products. I have never had a bad experience unlike some other close by store. Home depot store experience was excellent, as assistance was available, and knowledgable, and product price/value was very strong. I have shopped at multiple Home depot locations, as well as their competitors, this is the absolute worst store for customer service.
I hate having to go to this location and often drive further away to another Home depot so that I can actually get the help I need. Unfortunately that is not always an option and I am left with having to shop at the Apple Valley location for times sake. Most of the employees in the Customer service department/Returns are less than friendly and at times even rude. On the slim chance you actually find a store associate to ask for help, they often do not work in the department you are asking about and are unable or unwilling to help. The employees are the least friendly of any other Home depot I have ever shopped at. The over customer service at this location is VERY poor. There are a few perks to this location however, the store is very large, with a large garden department and have a tool rental department. They are pretty good about returning items without giving you a big hassle but that too depends on who you end up getting at the returns department. Overall the pros don't outweigh the cons at this location and I would rather shop at any other location if I can.
