11.1. Администратор в течении 5 рабочих дней отправляет Приз победителю по адресу, указанным пользователем. Претензии касательно возврату товара не принимаются.
11.2. В конкурсе Cryptomillon выдача Приза происходит на крипто-валютный кошелек предоставленный Пользователем в Bitcon. Приз выплачивается в полном объеме, согласно описанию в Боте.
11.4. Пользователь предоставляет Администратору данные для доставки приза, в том числе адрес крипто-кошелька, для выдачи приза CryptoMillion
11.5. Администрация выкупает у спонсоров указанный в розыгрыше приз в полном объеме согласно описанию в Боте.
11.6. Администрация отправляет товарный Приз Победителю транспортной компанией, почтой и другими методами, согласованными с пользователем.
11.7. Доставку приза в полном объеме оплачивает Победитель. В случае отказа от оплаты доставки Приза, происходит повторный розыгрыш среди участников.
11.8. В случаях, когда Победитель не отвечает Администрации, не предоставляет адрес для доставки Приза , Администрация по прошествию 5 дней с момента определения Победителя проводит повторный розыгрыш среди участников. Предыдущий победитель лишается права на получение Приза.
11.9. Определение Победителя среди участников происходит автоматически, после покупки крайнего в категории Билета.
