Every student experiences stress before an exam. It is an unavoidable part of school life that can be hard to manage. Remember, that you choose to let it be your downfall, or use it to motivate you to improve yourself.

This may not be a big surprise but with well-thought-out study plan and timetable you will become more productive and motivated. Obviously, it is easier to achieve goals gradually by setting daily goals and sticking to the schedule. Start by having proper night sleep. Its main benefit is «transfering» new knowledge into long-term memory so that you can use it during an exam.

Leading a healthy diet and regular exercises will help to keep in shape both: mind and body. Regular exercises relieve stress, so if you are nervous before an exam, go for a run or do some yoga. Moreover, healthy diet has a huge influence on your ability to concentrate and memorize information. I strongly recommend you, at least, avoid eating junk food, bakery and overeating.

We all know that old habits die hard but you should be assertive towards your goals. Once healthy lifestyle became a part of routine, try to keep things interesting, avoid slip-ups, and find ways to cope with life challenges.
