Osteology

  • Highest point sagittal suture is Vertex
  • Oblivion is a point on sagittal suture between two parietal foramen
  • Pterion is H shaped suture consisting of frontal parietal sphenoid and temporal bones
  • Middle meningeal artery passes beneath Pterion. Any rupture can cause Cerebral Hematoma
