Listed below are the different options we offer our clients. In order to keep the prices down for all customers we allow you to choose the level of shipping you need. We have contracts with various shipping contractors, including our own in house shipping company, that allow us to get Amish furniture to your door with ease. Listed below are the different options available. Furniture must be paid in full before delivery (including delivery fees) We have over 15 years experience in the Amish Community. As demand for Amish furniture grew so did opportunity’s for drivers to travel with their own truck and trailer making “house calls”. The drivers we partnered with understand our products and blanket wrap each piece for transport. Each driver sets their own schedule and travels the routes listed below as described.
Driver’s pickup at our Goshen, Indiana shop and load the trailer to “make the trip”. Orders are placed onboard in reverse order for shipment. This is a great opportunity to have furniture delivered right to your home by experienced drivers that know the products. If something were to get damaged on the way drivers can either fix on site, or make recommendations on the best solution! If items would need repair back at the shop it will not cost you any money. We will have it fixed and the driver will return items on the next cycle. Drivers will contact you and make arrangements while traveling. Weather and mechanical issues always play a role, but clients love the service and attention to detail. You have the option of “curbside” or “white glove” setup. Because the driver travels alone he will need to find a local mover to help with heavy items for “white glove” setup. Curbside he will back the trailer in the driveway and help you take items off the trailer.

The trip starts the First Monday of each Month at the finish shop (Goshen Indiana). Any drops in Nevada are made before touching all the Southern California locations. The driver also covers the San Francisco area! (These location's are not furniture stores) This is the most cost effective delivery, short of pickup at the store. We crate your items, as listed below, and ship them from our dock to one of the listed contract docks across the USA.
You pick up your furniture at the dock closest to your town. This allows you the flexibility to pick up on your time schedule and leave the crating material at the shipping dock. The trucking company will use a 28' or 48' tractor trailer unit for delivery. The delivery will be made with one driver and no lift-gate. The customer must help unload the truck, so have help available. The driver will not help you carry the furniture away from the truck. Remember, you should open the box on the truck and hand down the furniture piece by piece. This will insure you inspected for damage and confirm that is what you ordered. This will lower the weight and make the process easy. We will not send any products that need major assembly. If you have any concerns we can show you photographs or explain what it will look like upon delivery. Product damage is rare; however, if damage is found the customer must note the damage in the appropriate box on the Delivery Receipt. WE will have any damaged fixed on-site or items returned, at no cost to you, and repaired.
This is the same service as listed above, except we will request a truck with a lift-gate. This is basically a mini lift on the back of the truck that will lower the crate to street level. When furniture is shipped to a customer for inside delivery with set-up, a specialty carrier will perform the delivery to the customer's home with two men. The carrier will deliver the furniture in a 45' or 48' tractor trailer unit. The company will setup and place your furniture in the room. They will haul away any packaging materials from your home and put any items together. They are licensed and insured professional movers that have been vetted. A custom box made from 275 pound test, double wall cardboard sheeting covers the furniture piece. After boxing, large furniture pieces are strapped to pallets for easy transferring by the carrier. The furniture is “foamed in place” and will withstand all the shaking caused from the truck ride to your home. We have Contracts with shipping dock's across the USA.
We can crate and ship Amish furniture to a dock of your choice for $99 (as listed below). This is the lowest cost shipping option we offer, next to pickup at our Coates, MN location. Your furniture will arrive at the shipping dock of your choice. You uncrate the furniture at the dock and load on your vehicle.
