Took me a while to work out how to put this together, but a quick look at a YouTube video sorted that out.Was this helpful to you?  Yes  /  NoThis review has not been appraised.

Rating:  Tuesday, 15 March 2016  |  Very comfy and light, coupled with excellent service from backpacking light.Rating:  Saturday, 25 April 2015  |  Bought my Mayfly at the BPL show after trying the other options for comparison. It's comfortable and low enough to use inside a base camp tentWas this helpful to you?  Rating:  Monday, 20 April 2015  |  Being on the heavier end of the scale, (currently 16 st i was a little sceptical about the strengh of the chair, but i have been proven wrong, the chairs are fantasically stable, comfortable, light and easy to assemble dissasemble. an excellent product. if i could offer one piece of very very minor criticism, it would be that fitting the front leg can be a tiny bit fiddly, but once the fabric is on, there is no problemWas this helpful to you?  Rating:  Monday, 17 November 2014  |  Delighted to receive my recent Mayfly Chair purchase on time and perfect.Added personal note and some sweeties to enjoy in my chair, which I did, an unexpected and delightful surprise.

This customer care and personal touch even to a a pretty standard transaction very impressive. Backpacking Light on my default go to list for future kit purchases.Rating:  Tuesday, 16 September 2014  |  I own the Mayfly (which rocks) this does not but is barely any larger packed or heavier. The lack of rock can be beneficial after hard day on the hill and a tad too much whisky back at camp Was this helpful to you?  Rating:  Sunday, 29 June 2014  |  This chair is very well made in high quality materials. It is easy to put up and very small and light to carry. it is very comfortable to sit in and being so low is ideal to use in a small tent. It will fit in a small backpack and can be taken on picnics or trips to the beach or on fishing trips. Although expensive I feel it is good value and should last for many years use.Yes  /  No1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Rating:  Monday, 9 June 2014  |  Great chair, easy to set up and v comfy as noted by previous reviewers. Have used it over a few months now back packing and sea kayaking.

On flat ground I am around 1-2cm from ground so can find you brush the ground if there are any bumps in it. Perfect size for me at 5"4 and 58Kg - someone who is significantly larger may prefer a roomier option.Only drawback is that it is so light it is in danger of blowing away if left unattended!Yes  /  No4 of 4 people found this review helpful.Rating:  Tuesday, 20 May 2014  |  This chair comes with a storage bag which itself is very high quality. The chair was incredibly easy to put together and took 1 minute tops to complete. When sitting in the chair I basically sat in it for 2 hours and it was very very comfortable, great back support and the great feature is you can take the front bar off and use the chair to rock back and forth. I cannot recommend this chair enough, my friend whom I camped with was so jealous that he now is ordering one! So if you want lightweight and comfort this is definitely the one for you, a no brainer!Yes  /  No1 of 2 people found this review helpful.

Rating:  Thursday, 15 May 2014  |  Comfortable, beautifully engineered and very robust without a massive weight penalty. ('though probably rather more weight than I'd want to carry on an arduous trip). Not sure there's more that one could ask from a camp chair. The low height is perfect for comfort whilst tending a camping stove without backache-inducing crouching. And the option to configure it as rocking chair is a great touch - and saves a bit of weight.Overall very pleased with this for trips where I'm not in full-on gram-counting mode.Read all 15 customer reviews...4-Legged Mantis Chair (Capitola Blue) The Mantis Chair is a four-legged, stable version of our famous Monarch Chair.
