  • Where can I see the airdrop announcement?

  • When did the airdrop start?

It was started on the 9th of May, 2022 for iMe 8.7.4 for Android and on the 13th of May, 2022 for iMe 8.7.2 for iOS.

  • How much LIME will be gifted in the current airdrop?

The first 3000 users who had updated the app have received 1000 LIME on the 3rd day after the update. Other users will receive 100 LIME.

  • Where can I see my LIME token's balance received in the airdrop?

Go to the wallet section in iMe app, choose BNB Chain (BEP20), find LIME BEP20 balance with yellow LIME logo.

  • When will the airdrop end?

This airdrop will be closed when 70,000 LIME token holders are reached. The number of holders can be checked on the LIME BEP20 smart contract address - https://bscscan.com/token/0x7bc75e291e656e8658d66be1cc8154a3769a35dd

The next airdrop conditions will be announced in our @ime_en channel, stay tuned. It will be conducted for LIME POLYGON. The conditions will be announced later.

  • I didn't receive the airdrop, what should I do?

Please check if you have the version of the iMe app (at least):

for iOS - version 7.8.2 or higher;

for Android - version 7.8.4 or higher.

The airdrop notification will be automatically appeared in the app on the 3rd day after updating to the specified minimum version.

  • I received the in-app airdrop notification on the 3rd day after the update, but I got a "Server Error", what should I do?

We have concluded the separate distribution for all users who have faced "server error" or other errors while receiving the airdrop. You can check your LIME balances in crypto wallet (BEP20 network) as the error has been resolved and LIME tokens have been successfully sent to you.

If you suddenly still haven't received the airdrop, then there may be restrictions in your region. This process is automated, we don’t know how to help in this case.

  • I have received the notification about successful 100 LIME credit in the airdrop, but there are no LIME tokens in my crypto wallet yet, what should I do?

Wait for a couple of hours, make sure you are on BEP20 (BNB Chain) network in the crypto wallet. If the tokens haven't appeared, then write to us in @iMeLime group or @imemessenger technical support.

  • May I get LIME bonus on multiple accounts on the same device?

We don't limit airdrops to a single device, so you can use multi-accounts in iMe when receiving the airdrop. But there is a possibility of getting the "User must be authenticated" error. There are 2 ways to fix this error:

  1. On the airdrop banner, click 3 dots - "What is LIME?", then return to the app.
  2. Restart @imewalletbot

This bug will be fixed in the next update. We are sorry for inconvenience.

  • I have pressed the "Reject" button on the airdrop notification accidentally, how can I get this notification again in order to receive the airdrop?

Please delete the app and install it again. You will have to wait 2 days again and the notification will appear again on the 3rd day if the airdrop has not yet been over.

  • Do I have to actively use the iMe app while I'm waiting for the airdrop notification?

This is not neccessary for receiving the airdrop, but it would be great if you actively use the app to explore its functionality and appreciate the work of our developers.

  • Does iMe have a referral program?

Not! We don't have any referral links at the moment.

  • How can I sell LIME tokens?
  1. You can swap it for another token (for example BNB or USDT) directly in the app on PancakeSwap (Swap button) and then withdraw to an exchange (for example, Binance). There you can withdraw to your bank card or sell P2P. In the latter case, the money will go directly to the card. You can find out how P2P works on Google or YouTube.

Attention! Do not transfer LIME to exchanges that didn't list LIME! You will lose your funds!

2. Transfer LIME to gate.io or AscendEx exchange, then sell it.

  • When sending LIME or swapping on PancakeSwap in the iMe app, I face "Insufficient balance!" error, what does this mean?

Most likely, you don't have BNB to cover the gas fee. Gas is a fee that is paid when making ANY transaction (this is how the crypto world operates). Gas is a payment to miners for carrying out your transaction.

  • How to make money on LIME?

At first, you can take part in staking programs and be guaranteed to make profit. One of the current programs is currently running on the AscendEx exchange. In this program, you can get from 70% APR. More staking programs will be available in future.

Also, if you are a professional trader, you can earn on the difference in the price of the LIME token in different time intervals. We do not recommend this to a newbie trader, as this is a high-risk form of earning. The LIME token is traded on the gate.io and AscendEx centralized exchanges.

  • Is there any LIME staking available?

Staking is now available on the AscendEx exchange, and in-app staking program is still under development - https://t.me/ime_en/403

  • I forgot my crypto wallet seed-phrase, what should I do?

Unfortunately, we can't help you here, as you are the only one who have the passphrase. We don't have access to your keys, please try to find it one more time. The security of your wallet is only in your hands!
