This villa has a great view on the ocean (250 meters straight to the beach, walking distance is 5 minutes by 150 stairs). Not too close to the road, place is mostly calm and peaceful. Size of private land is ~30*70 meters of trees and rocks, enough area for sunbaths or picnic. There is our other villa 30 meters away: your veranda and bedroom has no straight sight to that villa. Good air conditioner, flow shower heater, solid Wi-Fi (video streaming at 480p), wardrobe room, hammock, lots of pillows, two mattresses for outdoors, warm LED-light in bedroom, adapters for all kinds of sockets. You will have anti-mosquito electric repellents (one for liquid and one for plastins) — it's fairly enough for inside, but also you can use big tent-shaped mosquito net. Kitchen has gas stove, fridge, rice cooker, electric kettle, citrus juice squeezer, blender, good pan and some more stuff. Big gates, parking space, CCTV. Everyday around the house you can see two kinds of monkeys, lots of birds and squirrels, lizards and peacocks.

Before 10-th of November there will be dogs at the territory. After that there will be no dogs.

Price is 50$ a day. 45$ a day if stay ≥ 7 days. 28$ a day if stay ≥ 30 days. All bills included (water, electricity, internet, gas). For any questions we have cell phone and Whatsapp, and live within 5 minutes walking.

For stay less than 15 days room service (cleaning, bed sheets and towels laundry) is free. After that laundry charge is 250 rupees (~1.4$) for 1 kilo, room cleaning is ~400 rupees (~2.3$).

It's possible to order a transfer from airport to Unawatuna. Also have Honda Dio automatic scooter and Toyote Prius hybrid car for rent. Can give you any advice about Unawatuna area and Sri Lanka (interesting places, shops, activities etc).
