QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4-6 years of experience leading Agile projects
  • Demonstrated experience at driving Agile transformations from design to implementation
  • Passionate and interested in drivers of digital disruption both from a customer and organizational perspective
  • Knowledgeable of technical engineering best practices (e.g., test driven development, continuous integration, DevOps, etc.)
  • Experience coaching and training individuals and teams in Agile concepts and practices.
  • Active in the Agile community (publish papers, speak at conferences and contribute to Agile interest groups)
  • Strong collaborative problem solver
  • Skills to communicate complex ideas effectively in English
  • Availability to travel up to 80% of the time in Russia and abroad

You should have extensive experience in implementing multiple Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc.), including scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Enterprise Scrum, DA, etc.). Additionally, advanced formal certifications (ICP-ACC, SPC, CLP) is a bonus.

You should also be comfortable with training leadership and development teams on Agile topics (Fundamentals, Principles and Values) and facilitating workshops on intermediate topics (Cost of Delay, Product Vision Development, Value Stream Mapping, etc.).


WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

You’ll work with Digital McKinsey in our Moscow office. Digital McKinsey brings together the best of McKinsey’s digital capabilities to help our clients use digital technology to transform their businesses.

As part of this group, you’ll join a global team working on everything from IT modernization and strategy to agile, cloud, cybersecurity, and digital transformation. You’ll typically work on projects across all industries and functions and will be fully integrated with the rest of our global firm.

You’ll also work with colleagues from across McKinsey & Company to help our clients deliver breakthrough products, experiences, and businesses, both on technology and non-technology topics.Our office culture is casual, fun and social, with an emphasis on education and innovation. We have the freedom to try new ideas, experiment and are expected to be constantly learning and growing. There is also a strong emphasis on mentoring others in the group, enabling them to grow and learn.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Your responsibilities will range from shaping strategic product designs to managing and transforming agile teams - working with Fortune 500 companies to native digital start-ups.

As a core member of the McKinsey consulting team you will help some of the world’s largest organisations reinvent themselves for the digital future. You’ll help our clients shape a fresh culture by advising and implementing the organisational changes necessary to retain their competitive advantage.

Our Agile coach will advise senior executives and leadership teams on their journey towards digitisation. This work includes initiating large-scale transformations, assessing organisational structure and processes, designing new target operating models (TOMs) with clear roles and responsibilities while owning and coordinating the entire initiative.

As a Servant Leader you empathise with senior leaders, understand corporate limitations, challenges, and you are able to balance these with a product vision to create an environment where individuals can experiment and innovate to deliver value to the business.
