Nothing bad to say.ShareFlag03/10/2008Purchase of Door* Good quality door. * Sales people accomodating.* Customer service dept. poor* 3 problems with door - first gold screws w/ black hardware. Second was missing door frame extensions. 3rd was off color key/deadbolt lock (brown with black hardware). Door was installed when noticed. Cust service insisted that I remove the deadbolt and trade for the new (take lock off door). They scheduled 1 delivery (have to be home) which I missed. Next one they scheduled w/out me, told me I missed and that I would need to go to store (25 miles). I wouldn't have minded but I was pretty patient through other order errors.
