Affordability business development manager в Apple


This critical new role has been created to drive sales potential of all Apple products in Russia by developing smart Affordability solutions. Working with Financial Institutions, Insurance Companies, Public Sector, Carriers, Distributors, and Authorised Resellers, this Sales-driven individual / professional will design the Affordability programs and execute them in collaboration with all key internal and external stakeholders. This role will significantly influence the Go-to-Market strategy in Russia.

Key Qualifications

  • Extensive relevant experience in program management, financials services, consumer financing and management consulting in Russia.
  • Strong foundation in consumer financing constructs - leasing, credit cards, loans, etc.
  • Experience working with/at banks and/or credit card companies to leverage their reach and credit system to develop and manage credit card financing programs.
  • Extensive knowledge of loyalty programs / reward mechanisms.
  • Proficient at financial modelling of demand/supply/pricing economics.
  • Understanding of Trade-In mechanisms and financing residual values preferred.
  • Extensive experience in negotiating partnerships and managing execution of programs.
  • Have the “will to win”, the energy and drive to take on this significant challenge.
  • An astute business person who has the intellectual capability to explore new opportunities.
  • A good presenter at all levels, and able to be credible at all levels in the organisation.
  • Able to lead and work cross-functionally across Apple.

Description

Drive Affordability initiatives, and work closely with the country sales teams on local implementation of these initiatives.

Find opportunities, create solutions, and drive collaboration among key partners incl. Financial Institutions, Insurance Companies, Public Sector, Carriers, Distributors, and Authorised Resellers.

Benchmark industry best practices and propose new initiatives and partnerships that will help stimulate sales.

Work closely with all the RTMs (route-to-markets) and Leadership team of Apple Russia, as well as with Apple partners to conceptualise, develop and execute strategy related to Affordability solutions that will help stimulate demand for all our products across Russia.

Liaise with Apple Global teams to structure the above programs and execute them in collaboration with all key stakeholders.


KPI's

Revenue generated from the sale of Apple products using new Affordability constructs across key partners incl. Financial Institutions, Insurance Companies, Public Sector, Carriers, Distributors, and Authorised Resellers.

Detailed understanding of Affordability landscape in Russia.

Clear and well communicated roadmap for Affordability efforts in Russia, agreed with Apple Russia Leadership team.

Education

Bachelors required, management consultancy experience and/or MBA is strongly preferred.

Fluent in spoken and written Russian and English.
