Luxurious 5* Gold Georgian property Following a year of major refurbishment works ending in May 2016, this magnificent Georgian property has undergone a complete transformation. Located a stone’s throw from Coniston village (less than a third of a mile), set on the road to the striking and historical Coppermines Valley lies this spacious Georgian home. The owners, Jane & Simon have, with much effort managed to create a home of the highest quality standards whilst carefully managing to preserve the properties outstanding historical features. From its peaceful situ the house enjoys delightful aspects overlooking the open fields to the front and the bubbling Church Beck to the rear. Whilst the outside of the property offers areas of solitude and calm, it is inside where the real allure of this beautiful home can be found. A grand entrance porch welcomes you into this spacious property, complete with seating, boot and coat storage, the porch has been designed with functionality in mind offering the perfect place to kick off wet weather gear.




Upon opening the front door you are instantly struck by the opulence of this home, a myriad of bright, inviting rooms, all waiting to be discovered. Downstairs you are spoilt for choice by not one, but three comfortable living areas.
