Key Responsibilities 

The Account Executive is responsible for building strong customer relationships in the field and ensuring a great customer experience with existing and potential customers. In this role you will be responsible for the territory of Russia as your main focus, but will also support additional territories in CEE region. A key aspect of this role is to develop DellEMC’s end-to-end solution portfolio across our four key pillars, but especially the DellEMC Storage portfolio 

  • This will include growing the territory/account base to attain financial objectives.Understanding customers’ business and solution requirements
  • Gain share of wallet/spend in Enterprise Solutions
  • Territory/account management, including account sales planning and sales forecasting and engaging cross-functional resources
  • Cooperating with Account Managers in a given territory to unite forces leading to expanded sales.
  • Customarily and regularly engaged with decision makers at client facilities in performing primary duties
  • Leads sales process and utilizes all available resources to manage account

Essential Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s Degree (BSc/BA) and at least 7 years of experience in a relationship selling role where you were recognised as a top performer
  • Strong communication, collaboration, negotiation and executive presentation skills and proficient in working with CIO and next 2 levels down
  • Experience with large data center / infrastructure sales projects combined with working knowledge of storage and virtualization solutions, hardware and software.
  • Driven by achieving a high level of customer satisfaction and can demonstrate a track record in this area
  • Ability to work in a fast paced entrepreneurial environment as well as highly developed planning and organisation skills
  • Fluent English language knowledge.
  • World-class customer management and strategic selling skills to enhance the success of our customers’ business and the growth of DellEMC

Desirable Requirements

Experience in a technical sales / pre-sales / technical enablement role responsible for storage and virtualization sales will be an advantage.
