Title: Lights out 

☀️🌟⭐️🌟⭐️☀

It was 2 in the morning, 

I can hear the sound of the storm 

moving the trees so hard that 

It feels like they are trying to wake me  

I opened my eyes 

with a lightening 

and a weight on top of me 

It was him 

he held both my wrist 

with his one hand 

my heart stated racing to my throat 

he pressed his lips on mine 

got half drunk by his breath.. 

ተዉ.. 

በናትክ ተዉ

I started begging 

bursting into tears, 

he held my mouth 

locked his eyes with mine 

ordering me to be silent 

shhhhh 

while splitting me open

He pushed himself inside 

didn't take him a second 

my body couldn't accept

the stranger in her house 

who barged himself in

in a way noone else had, 

I can taste the saltiness 

of his hands 

my tears, 

the air strained my lungs, 

I couldn't breath 

minutes felt like years 

felt like a forever

I could no longer keep up 

with the pain 

DESPERATION

this whole new routine 

my body is embracing 

it couldn't bear anymore 

Nauseous,

I opened my eyes 

with the sun on my face 

felt everything at a time 

with every inch of my body 

PAIN, 

Inside and out 

I felt numb at the same time 

I wasn't me anymore 

I couldn't recognize 

this person, 

a miserable stranger 

I started remembering the night 

it came flushing back to me, 

I closed my eyes again 

hoping I'll wake up again 

this time everything as a dream 

but no it did happen 

DEVESTATED 

I tried moving my hands

but nothing was backing 

every move was too painful 

I still felt him inside 

hated myself for what I've become 

and so I know 

with that stormy night 

he has stolen my thunder 

I can never recover
