The GDS technician Josh was at my house about two hours after I called. He immediately assessed the problem and had the door back in working order and fully serviced the door in less that an hour. He suggested replacing the bearing that likely caused the problem. That one bearing what the one part that I didn’t have GDS replace 18 months earlier. Josh also suggested some simple maintenance to save wear on the door and lifter. Super professional and knowledgeable service. I highly recommend Garage Door Service.
