How do I control what is showing up in my feed?

On "Home" tab you have two feeds: "LIVE FEED" and "MY FEED".

"Live feed" contains topics from strangers from all over the world and who speaks on your language.

"My feed" contains topics from your faves and from clubs that you participate in.

If you don’t want to see content from a specific member, visit their profile and select “Block user” from the dropdown menu at the top right hand corner of their profile.

You can set definite languages that would enable you to check out topics from particular feeds. Do that with filter – it is located on the top right hand corner near the (+) button.
