Why Finom does not offer a bounty program

After the end of ICO most of the companies pay with their tokens to bounty hunters that took part at the outsource campaigns . The amount of tokens they pay is enormous and all the people who received them as a salary for labour try to sell cryptocurrency right after the ending of lock period.
Such actions are the reason of decreasing token value. As the result the price of a token goes down at the day it enters the market.
We don’t want to cause the falling of our tokens, that’s why we prefer to not provide bounty program.
