What are the benefits for seller and buyer?

In the cryptosale auction, the seller earns on selling the lot (its final price) + 70%* of total value of all bids that buyers made during the auction, thus with a large number of bids, the auction seller earns much more than lot costs.

The lot buyer (the person who made the last bid) earns since he buys a lot much lower than its real value.
