I finished it a week ago using my "tank" build which is focused on maximizing armor to gain full invulnerability agains most of enemy types. Uploaded the most interesting moments on youtube:

Your build is the complete opposite of the one i used a while ago cause my main defense was superior speed. Good to see that the Tank-Build also works fine!
Its quite nice that there are so many different ways to beat the game with a Solo Ranger. Be it as a Tank-Monster, as a Fast-as-Light-Ninja, as a Hawk-Eye-Sniper, as an unarmed I-kill-you-all-with-my-Unlucky-Lightning-Strikes Level 1 Ranger or even playing it in a peaceful manner.
Impressive stuff!
And here I thought I was clever by picking the Unlucky trait and standing in a corner passing turns waiting for everyone to get electrocuted to death...
Once you know the Gamemechanics nearly everything is possible - even the Solo Level 1 Unlucky Noob electrifying everything to death.
It gets quite boring but at the end you are rewarded: 0 Kills in the statistics!
+10 armor Pseudo-Chitin armor
+1 armor Hardened (perk)
+1 armor Reinforced Plating (perk, req 8 weaponsmith)
+1 armor Self Defense (perk, req 3 bladed wpns)
He has 14, so I'm missing a point. Not sure where he's getting it.
