The Unwinding Tale of Soccer and Food!

Manchester United became the BPL champion a long time ago My Love for football started back in college when I used to be a winger on my college team. JK. All I did was to cheer from the crowd and used to write down plays for the fantasy league.

For some reason, I knew that we were going to win and acted cocky in front my friends who did not support Man United. That led to a night that I would never forget. It was Manchester United vs Bristol City. All eyes were glued to the screen and the referee blows the whistle. It was an away match for the reds and had to play in front of a jam-packed stadium of 27,000 people.

We had a group of 4 friends and I was the only one who was rooting for the reds. All others were supporting the underdogs. [Underdogs, really. TBH, they were all Arsenal Fans and would support any team that stands up against the reds]. The first half was filled with missed chances from both sides and by the halftime, our pizza also arrived.

During the halftime, I noticed weird sounds from the basement. I went to check it out and to my surprise, the boiler was leaking water. First, the Reds missing out on great opportunities and now I was there standing thinking of the cold shower in the morning. I came up worried and frustrated. And to my shock, Bristol scored the first goal early in the second half. The game was looking dire as the reds were awe-struck by this goal. Then came the Greek God of football, Ibrahimovic. He scored a screamer and all was square one. While all this was happening, the faulty boiler was in my mind and I was searching for the best boiler repair in east London on the internet.
