Shyam is an honest and dedicated CBI Officer. He is assigned to a series of crimes involving a crime syndicate who, amongst other things, use disappearing ink on cheques issued to jewellers. With no clues left behind, Shyam is under pressure to put a stop to these crimes, as well as apprehend their perpetrators
Hardworking, capable, honest and dedicated CBI inspector Shyam Kumar is assigned the case of bringing to justice the criminals behind the use of fake cheques to purchase commodities. The major draw-back in this case is that the perpetrators try the best possible ways to eliminate all evidences of this crime. As Shyam get down to the bottom he will find that this case gets more difficult as some people are not who they claim they are.
The Train was released when Rajesh Khanna was at his peak of superstardom. It is a fairly engaging thriller with a nice suspense at the end. Songs by R.D Burman are top notch &amp; direction by Ravikanth Nagaiach is good.<br/><br/>The only weak point is Nanda who looks older than the hero &amp; hence the romantic scenes do not quite jell.<br/><br/>The one reason to watch this film is Rajesh Khanna. He looks handsome &amp; debonair &amp; performs with elan, particularly the action sequences. As usual, he is at home in the romantic sequences also.<br/><br/>This is a nice time pass film &amp; it was one of the 15 consecutive blockbusters of Kaka. It may not figure in the top 10 films of Kaka in terms of performance but in terms of entertainment, it will be loved by everyone.
The story of the movie is a thrilling one.The movie seems to be a remake of one of the Hitchcock thrillers.Rajesh Khanna has played his role as a CBI officer in a superb way.The movie has a good suspense which is cleverly revealed at the end of the movie.Helen looks very sexy in this movie.A Thrilling story with good dances and music.Rajesh Khanna has adapted himself well to this role.Nanda as a heroine plays a very good role.It is one of the best of thriller movie made at the early 1970&#39;s.The train scenes are very good.It is one of the best suspense movies acted by the Rajesh Khanna.The background music adds a good score to this movie.The movie also has some comedy in between the movie which is very funny.Hitchcock lovers please don&#39;t miss this movie.
