Organization/Job Background

BeMedia PLC would like to hire 1 junior accountant who will base at its headquarters on Bole Japan road, Sinan Commercial center.

Job Description/Deliverables

• Following up on and handling financial documentation • Processing purchase or service requisition forms • Maintaining an efficient filing system for vouchers / financial documentation / receipts and ensuring their timely filing in chronological order • Scanning and uploading financial documents to the relevant system. • Ensuring timely reporting and settlement of different taxes, including but not limited to, VAT, TOT, Profit Tax, employee income tax payable, pension contribution payable and withholding tax payable • Handling Petty Cash fund and effecting payments after the necessary approval • Preparing Petty Cash Report and Replenishment Request

Qualifications needed

• EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND :- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance EXPERIENCE :- supporting in financial transactions such as tax, staff payments, purchase orders and benefits.
