Topper Harley is found working as an odd-job-man in a monastery. The CIA wants him to lead a rescue mission into Iraq, to rescue the last rescue team, who went in to rescue the last rescue team who... who went in to rescue hostages left behind after Desert Storm. The President is Tug Benson, who also likes to be in on the action. Basically, it's a send-up of all the big shoot-em-up Rambo/Robocop/T2/Commando-type movies.
Topper Harley has retired again, now living in a budhist monastery, and again he's asked to lead a special operation into Iraq, to rescue the guys who were sent to rescue the guys who were sent to rescue some prisoners left behind after the Persian Gulf War, where he will meet again with his beloved Ramada while he tries to uncover who the traitor is and kill as many Iraqis as he can.
"Rambo" parody in which Topper Harley leads a rescue team into Iraq to save Iraqi war prisoners and all of their previous rescue teams. Don't get me wrong Hot Shots! that was released in 1991 was amazing but Hot Shots! Part Deux is actually way way better. It's packed with so many movie references from Empire Strikes Back (1980) to Robocop (1987) to even Terminator 2: Judgment Day (1991) but the biggest one of them all is Rambo: First Blood Part II (1985) and it's just so freaking funny plus casting Richard Crenna was such a freaking good choice plus also loved Rowan Atkinson's part he was so damn funny as always. If you loved Part 1 Part Deux is just miles and miles way more insane!!!
What can I say about this movie? A comic moment at every turn, hilarious lines and a great spoof to live by. I, being a Ryan Stiles fan, couldn't stop laughing when I first saw this. His performance was top, and Charlie Sheen just brought it all together. My favourite moments included when Dexter (Rowan Atkinson) mentioned his shoelaces being tied together, and when the army wrote the sounds of the morse code (Dah di di dah dah di dah)! Couldn't stop laughing!!! The casting is great, with Lloyd Bridges as the President and Ryan Stiles as Rainbowitz, this is a great movie spoof! I recommend this movie for slapstick fans and people who just want a laugh, a lot of laughs!!

Compared to the first movie the second part is even more censored in the UK. The complete sex scene between Topper and Michelle was cut out and on top of this three shorter scenes were erased as well. a5c7b9f00b
