In the future, long after the Batman has driven himself into exile, his legacy lives on in the form of the Birds of Prey--Black Canary, Oracle, and the Huntress.
Now Gotham's Undercover Superhero Batman has disappeared leaving behind a daughter from his long-time love Catwoman. Her name is Helena the mysterious superhero known as "The Huntress". She has teamed up with the paralyzed hero "Batgirl" together they meet up with their next teammate Dinah Lance. Dinah is a telepath and psychic who had terrifying dreams about Batgirl's brutal accident. They must learn how to work together and become not only a team of superheroes but also a family.
i only watch it a few days ago and at first i thought that it had a lot of cheesy lines and that you could well tell that Helena and Jesse would get together and that the storeys went way to fast first of all the story of Dinah coming coming to new Gotham just because she had a vision about ten years ago to see if Helena and Barbara were fine thats not a good start off and the acting was not brilliant but it was okay but when i was the hole season then i thought that it was getting better and i was surprise that this got cancelled compare to other so like first of all Roswell i really like that show but the first season had i a lot for cheesy line line the first episodes and Mutant x when you watch the fight scenes in mutant x you can tell that they aren't hitting each other and they got over 1 season at least and there's a lot for other show that got more than 1 season when they were even worse
Any comic book reader knows the inconsistency between comic books and they're on screen counterparts. This definitely is the worst. The show is for teens and some pre-teens. No different from any other "WB" teens show. At least "Smallville" had an interesting concept. If you read the "Birds of Prey" comic book then it takes five minutes to find everything wrong with it. The acting is poor, the writing needs great improvement, but the cast is "Hot". Which is the only thing this show has going for it.
