The time for the crowd sale has finally come.

I hereby announce,

1. The crowd sale will be launched at 10:00 am Beijing time on Jan 15th 2018 (2:00 am Jan 15th 2018 GMT).

2. The total allocation of the crowd sale will be 10,000 Neo.

3. For the crowd sale, the minimum contribution is 1 NEO and the maximum contribution is 10 NEO per person. Only NEO will be accepted during crowd sale as announced before.

4. The conversion rate between NEO and BTC as well as the price of TKY for crowd sale will be announced at 9:00am on Jan 15th Beijing time (1:00 am, Jan 15th GMT). Only whitelisted users are eligible for the crowd sale.

5. A NEO wallet address will be shown on the crowd sale order form. Crowd sale will complete when whichever of the following conditions is met: 1) 24 hours after the crowd sale launch; and 2) the total order amount hits 10,000 NEO.

6. To participate in the crowd sale, you should log in to your account at www.thekey.vip, navigate to orders, place the order and make payment in accordance with the order.

7. Upon completion of the crowd sale, an audit from a qualified accounting firm in Singapore will be conducted. A return option will be offered for up to such number of TKY as exceeding the hard cap if any. The remaining undistributed TKYs of the total offering, if any, will all be burned as promised. The acquired TKY will be distributed to your account subject to the lock up period as per the sale terms and conditions. TKY will be listed on the exchanges within one month after all the above completes.

Regarding the questions related with NEO wallet to make the payment of NEO to THEKEY during crowdsale and to receive TKY after crowdsale completes, here are some clarifications:

1. All NEO wallets available on https://neo.org/download will be able to send NEO to our wallet address during crowdsale;

2. Any valid address ( except exchanges )on the mainnet of NEO including neon, neotracker, roottoken will be capable to receive TKY. Currently only NEO Gui, the official NEO wallet developed by NEO, is fully compatible with TKY. We are contacting with NEON, neotracker and Rootoken team, they will be compatible with tky soon ;

3. Currently NEO Gui is only compatible with Windows system but not others. Mac users will not be able to set up a NEO Gui on their computers.

Instructions for Crowdsale!

All whitelisted member, please read the following instructions carefully before attending the crowdsale:

1, Procedures:

-Log in your account,

-Place an order

-Fill the form with the number of NEOs you want to invest and the address from which you send your NEOs. Addresses from exchanges are not acceptable.

– Press “submit”, crowdsale wallet address will be shown to you. You should send NEOs to the crowdsale address right after the submission of your order. Orders without payments after one hour will be cancelled.

2, The amount of NEO and the address from which you send your NEOs should be the same as those in your order. Otherwise, the order will be regarded as “without payments” and be cancelled later. Your NEOs will be then refunded back.

3, We will share the last four digits of our wallet address in our official channels. But the complete address could only be shown to you after the submission of your order.

4, The address from which you send your NEOs does not need to be the same as the address to receive our TKYs (which you filled in your KYC form).

5, We calculate the total amount of NEOs of our received orders on real time basis. As long as the limit of 10,000 NEOs is reached, crowdsale will be closed.

6, Please don’t try to send NEOs before ordering or without ordering. Please don’t send NEOs to the address after crowdsale closure. Any NEO received by us without a valid order will be refunded back.

8, After payment, you will receive a payment confirmation letter within half an hour.
