| WHAT IS THE REAL ESTATE CRYPTO TEAM REFERRED WITH THE INTEREST OF THE SRC HOLDER? The distribution of profits ensures, in our view, perfect interest alignment between the management team and SRC holders: 80% of the annual net rental income generated from the real estate portfolio, which must be obtained with the net proceeds from ICO, will be reinvested into additional real estate . This means that 20% of the annual net rental income will be allocated to the Company and the Management Team: if the holders of the SRC benefit, the Company will, and vice versa. Further alignment is cemented since 50% of the net profit generated from Prop Tech revenue will be assigned to the SRC portfolio and will increase the value in SRC.
