Job description
RRP team is waiting for a new team member - ambitious, agile, result-oriented, ready for challenges and willing to contribute to success of IQOS digital projects.?As a member of IQOS team you work closely with different internal/ external partners to support the development, execution and progress of IQOS CLUB loyalty program to ensure referral sales increase, revenue growth and consumer engagement, with a strong focus on eCommerce.?
Key Responsibilities?
Provide long-term loyalty program strategy?Create engagement calendar and execute the day-to-day management of the program to ensure successful ongoing marketing operations
Create and manage communications to the segments
Manage regular Areas updates
Support the development, management, and analysis of tests to meet business goals?Run and communicate regular monthly reports to improve program efficiency as in a higher ROI, higher CTR, and a higher LTV
Knowledge Skills And Abilities?
Strong strategic and analytical skills?Strong communication and presentation skills?Understanding of Direct to Consumer environment (eCom/Retail), Direct Marketing and CRM industry best practices?Strong project Management Skills?Requisite Education And Experience?3-5 years of experience in CRM, marketing operations, loyalty or related fields.?Outstanding organizational skills, the ability to prioritize, multi-task and manage time without direction
