Stayed with a party of 8 and had an amazing time, the staff are incredibly friendly, the food is incredible and everything is very easily sorted out for you, a very stress free holiday! We had a ridiculously awesome time at Cervinia last week! It is definitely a skiers paradise. The Club Med is situated in a pictures location and is a short bus ride to the slopes. Hotel chief Gianni was everywhere and always available to assist with what ever you throw at him. Food whas far above expectations and probably the best Club Med can offer. Kids was well catered for. Our night manager Guissipi was amazing and has a personality any employer can only dream off. He will work trough the night and wil then come at breakfast and make sure everything is still alright. Then another employer that needs a special mention is Elizabeth. No matter where she work or what time it was she always had this inthusiastic attitued. Skiing was made real easy by our instructor Jurrie. The best in the business. This guy was awesome Attention to detail was out of this world. He had every one up and going in no time and had loads of patience. Great with the kids aswell. The hotel rooms probably is a bit outdated but it is super clean and if you going to sit in the room al day this is not the place. Here you come to ski! Club Med can really be proud off there staff and they all and I mean all off them made our family holliday one we will never forget. I have to say, this is definitely the best club med for skiing and all round fun. Gianni, the Chief De Village, runs a really tight ship with his staff running around ensuring that your stay would be absolutely amazing. He maintains a very public profile among the guests, greeting all with a smile and handshake with any guests he runs into. He is assisted with an awesome greet team. We had Estelle assigned to us when we first arrived at the resort and she did an amazing job. At the front desk, Chayma was always ready and willing to assist us with any questions we had. We needed a few things sorted out such as how to use the safe in the room along with questions on the timing of our departure. She answered them enthusiastically and was without a doubt one of the best assets of the resort. The ski service desk was manned by the best guys I could have met in all my vacations. Giamulea, Ivan and Maurizio all did their best to take care of us. They ran circles around us making sure that we got our skis, poles, helmets, boots and that everything fit perfectly. The food here is great. Although that is quite subjective, but in my opinion, please give it a shot!!! The slopes here are good. Once again, this depends on your luck. The weather can be quite unpredictable. However, on the good days, which I can say there were more of, the skiing was fantastic. The snow here is really great for fantastic. The Instructors are professional and great at their jobs. They make sure that you improve constantly and provide some of the best teaching that I have ever had the privilege of experiencing. There was a terrible sewage smell in one corridor of the hotel. But I can confidently say that the majority of people would not be affected at all. The rooms are great in my opinion. Much better than many other hotels that I have been to to various ski resorts all around the world. We could not have asked for a better description, and your opinion weights a lot for us. We were a family group of 13 and had the time of our live! The food was excellent evey day. Andreani and her team made sure we ate like royalty! They even arranged a cake for my dad and nephew on their birthday! The rooms was great and Noura kept our room very clean! We were met every morning at breakfast and every evening at dinner at the entrance of the restaurant by Gianni the Chef of Village. He also went up the slopes and welcomed us at the Tuktu restaurant for lunch with a warm glass of gluwine every day! This man knows how to keep his customers happy. Then he also hosted the great shows in the evening. Elizabeth from the shop and Guissipi the Night Manager always made sure we had fun and joined us for dinner and coffee at the bar after a long shift just to make sure we had enjoyed the day. Lucie took the best pictures of the family during our stay! The best of all was when we left they all came to say goodbye and we felt we are leaving our new family behind! Our second trip to Club Med in Cervinia. Last year visited as a family of 4, this year visited with a second family making a party of 8. As previously the staff are wonderful. Gianni is the excellent Chef de Village. He is there to greet you on arrival and is seemingly ever-present at morning ski departure and mealtimes. Charming and engaging he really sums up the Club Med ethos. This is reflected with all the staff. It seems wrong to pick out individuals but Yuili, Aurora and Lorenzo stand out in the restaurant as do Nikko and Claudia in the bar. The entertainment staff were great and the quality of the shows in the evenings very high. If anything does need improving it is the rooms and corridor areas which do look a little tired and could do with a make over. To summarise a great resort in a fantastic location. We look forward to welcoming you again to our beautiful Cervinia village. Just finished a 5 day trip here arrived Sunday and left on Friday and would thoroughly recommend the holiday. We took out 4. Our instructor Emilio was so patient and produced results! We were all skiing what seemed to beginners to be big slopes! Our child absolutely loved her skiing experience and was skiing on her own by the second day. The meals at the resort were sensational. Never the same meal for lunch or dinner twice in a row. The only complaint I had were the impatient guests who complained if queues took longer than 30 seconds. The chefs were working flat out and producing top quality meals time and again. I would recommend this place to people with or without children. Skiing was a short taxi ride down the mountain which could have been walked but everyone was far too tired to contemplate before and after skiing.
