Smart Valley: bounty campaign terms of token distribution

Dear bounty participants,

As you know, our bounty campaign is over, and now we are waiting for the ICO to be completed (which will happen in July) so that we can transfer you your tokens. After discussing the matter with our legal advisors, we have worked out the following procedure of bounty token transfer.

In order to receive tokens immediately, all the participants who are approved by the bounty manager MUST register in our MVP as experts and pass the KYC. This will allow us to divide our bounty participants into two groups:

✅  1) Bounty members who register in the MVP, pass the KYC and have a good understanding of ICOs. This group will receive their tokens as soon as the ICO ends. What’s more, they will get an exclusive opportunity to keep earning money even after the ICO is over by scoring new ICO projects on our platform. Yes, we will pay you for your opinion!

✅ 2) Bounty members who decide NOT to register in the MVP or don’t pass the KYC. They will also receive their tokens, of course, but these tokens will be temporarily frozen to prevent the token price from falling. For the second group, tokens will be released gradually over the course of a couple months.

Let us stress this once again: you will definitely receive your tokens – even if you don’t register in the MVP and don’t pass the KYC. The only difference is when you will receive them. We guarantee the transfer of bounty tokens in any case!

Registration procedure for the first group

Before registering in the MVP, make sure that you are included on the bounty manager’s list and that your stake is confirmed. Then follow the instructions in the MVP section of our site – you’ll need to select Become an Expert and then install Metamask, upload your any CV and pass the minimal KYC. Here’s the link:

THE LAST DAY when you can register to receive your tokens together with the first group is June 25, 2018. You don’t have to do anything else after you register: simply wait for the end of the ICO and for our next announcement in the second half of July.

IMPORTANT: during your MVP registration, make sure to copy the link to your Bitcointalk profile in the Bitcointalk's field – this way we’ll understand that you are a bounty participant. IF you don’t include the link, your registration will not be confirmed and you’ll be automatically included in the second group!

3. First press "Get Ether", then press button "Become an expert"

4. Insert correct link to your Bitcointalk's profile

5. Please fill out all other web-fields and complete KYC before submitting your request.

Once again: whichever option you choose, you will definitely get your tokens. We will provide more details in late July, once the ICO is over. We do apologize for the inconvenience, but we must follow our lawyers’ instructions to guarantee that our ICO is fully compliant.
