ShareRing

WHAT IS SHARERING?

ShareRing is the first system in the world. No problems and no currency exchange fees, no matter where you are or what you share.

ShareRing is a demand-based platform that centers on a highly fragmented economic divide by bringing together services across industries and geography. By using our decentralized marketplace, users can access, connect, and pay for services anywhere in the world safely. We are developing an ecosystem that is basically Amazon for economy sharing.

Global: A sharing token that’s accepted over oceans and across borders.

Secure: Based on blockchain technology, trust is built in from the ground up.

Simple: Easy enough to be used by everyone, from individuals to big business.

Instant: Pay anyone, anywhere and have the transaction confirmed on the spot.

Inclusive: Support for companies who want to start sharing things for the first time.

One ID: A seamless way to verify your identity across different sharing services.

HOW TO SHARE EVERYTHING?

We’re already used to sharing things like car rides and houses. Imagine a world where you can share absolutely anything – from storage space to tools, clothes, jewellery, food or even your cooking skills. That’s what we’re providing for. With ShareRing, we’re delivering a system that’s so easy to use, all of us can get on board. That means the superstore down the street as well as the family next door. A world with a safe and easy way to share is good for all of us.

A GLOBAL WAY TO PAY

Imagine being able to catch a ride to the airport in Hong Kong, stay in an apartment in San Francisco and find a dogsitter while you’re away – and pay for all of them in one token, without expensive exchange rates or international transaction fees. That’s what we mean when we say global. ShareRing is the first secure way to pay for sharing services anywhere in the world, and it will connect you to those services no matter where you are. No more trying to figure out how to catch a ride in Indonesia, or which app to use in Italy.

SECURE TRANSACTIONS

ShareRing uses a distributed recording system based on blockchain technology. What that means is that it can’t be broken or hacked, and both owners and sharers can feel safe that their transactions are secure. Trust is built into the system. Not every transaction needs to be made in the ShareRing currency to get the most out of the security benefits. Even when it comes to other forms of payment, ShareRing can validate the identity of each party and make sure your agreement is bulletproof.

THE SHARERING APP

A universal ‘ShareRing’ app is being developed that will allow anyone to easily see and use any sharing services around them. Each partner will have the option of developing a ‘mini’ app within the ShareRing app that will have functionalities specific to that partner. The app will use geolocation-based services to display the ShareRing services that are nearby.
