An ex-special services veteran (Antonio Banderas), down on his luck and desperate for work, takes a job as a security guard at a run-down mall in a rough area of town. On his first night on the job, he opens the doors up to a distraught and desperate young girl who has escaped and fled from a hijacking of the US Marshal motorcade that was transporting her to testify as a trial witness. Hot on her heels is psychopathic hijacker (Ben Kingsley), alongside his resourceful henchmen, who will stop at nothing to extract and eliminate their witness.
A security guard protects an eleven year-old girl who is being targeted by a gang for participating as a trial witness.
Pretty shocking film. Storyline good but nothing else good except the 2 main actors which kept me watching
Security (2017) or should i say Die Hard in a shopping mall is a action movie starring Antonio Banderas in a such a long time.To me he always charming and badass when dual wielding gun in Desperado so i very glad that i watch this movie.The movie is well shot,the action scene is so much fun with a touch of"Home Alone"and good performance from Antonio and a unknown young actress.At first there a very annoying guy that i'm so sure gonna be a traitor but turned out he really decent and earn my respect in the end.The fight scene with Cung Le is good but one again the execution is just like the movie Savage Dog same year when he also played as a bad guy.I mean c'mon i know he can kick everyone ass but for the love of god can we let the man fight till the end ?
