I was testing Remote Tools from XP desktop A, attempting to Remote Control Vista desktop I can see the other SCCM component icons in the 32-bit Control Panel Configuration Manager, Program Download Manager and Run Advertised Programsbut the Remote Control icon is nowhere to be found. Good morning, We are running into an issue where our 2007 SCCM remote tools is locking up every client workstation we try to access. I actually like UAC on, so. I have heard rumblings about the possibility of creating an Administrator account within the ZENworks Control Center, then using that account instead of Dynamic Administrator or SYSTEM, at which point you would need to map a drive, etc in order to access files on a network share, but I have not heard anything official.
