Key Responsibilities

Ensure training compliance is aligned with plans and remains achievable within resources available
Management, collation and communication of training results, budget spend and team achievements to business teams
Plan departmental/country training budgets, forecast and learner numbers as required by the overall organisational planning and budgeting
Review and the approval of country training plans with planning and budget specialist in EMEIA
Oversee the organisation of training venues and logistics as required
Ensure all training activities meet with Apple’s and statutory policies, such as health and safety, employment and equality laws.
Work with sales teams to raise the adoption of mobile learning and the in-store training processes
Report on and measurement of in-store and classroom learning results
Communicate and cascade information with local and central sales training teams
Apply Apple standards to all aspects of work projects

Required Skills/Experience

• Open and approachable management style

• Confident, articulate and clear communication skills with all level of employees

• ideally 3+ years project management with proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Proven track record in developing good working relationships with colleagues and otherinternal departments

• Experience of managing sales and/or training teams

• Tech Savvy and experience working in tech project deployment

• Knowledge or experience in retail and/or telecom industry sales channels

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Excellent organisational agility skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English

• Great attention to detail

• Self starter and proven ability to work independently

• Availability to travel to EMEIA might be required
