The show just starts off terrible, and what got me even more angry is CBS dropped the show The Unit and years later, just basically rips them off with this show, even to the point where the seals cover story is logistics!! Only difference is seals then elite special ops of army. Drop this show Bring back the unit Heck Michael Irby is in it already, get the rest of the crew.
I have never understood why "The Unit" was cancelled and therefore couldn't be more pleased with how "SEAL Team" manages to be much more than a bunch of guys trying to single-handedly safe the world with guns. Occasionally, a mission gets cancelled, the good guys don't always win and a hero doesn't need to look like a action movie star which I find as bold as refreshing story-wise, compared to its action-packaged (and in my opinion much more unrealistic) counterpart "The Brave". Yes, there are some stereotypes (the new guy, the female officer, the jarhead etc. but everyone is playing their part convincing). By far the best Military show currently on air, great cast and proof that you don't necessarely need a story arc all the time to be relevant.
