Rann Utsav 2018 - Festival Of Joy

The Rann Utsav – Tent City is a specially built temporary city that captures the ethnic beauty of rural Kutch while providing a memorable experience. It’s a symphony of salt and stones cuddled on one side by the sea and the another by desert. Great Rann of Kutch, a salt marsh, adorns the western top of Gujarat with its surreal charm. The name, that springs from the inherent geographical features of this land, literally means a “salt marsh” or “salty desert” of Kutch. This seasonally marshy land covers a region of more than 7505.22 square kilometers, giving it a dignity of being the biggest salt desert in the world. This year rann utsav 2018 start from Nov 1st and it will open till 20th Feb rann utsav 2018.
