QA Lead Automation (release manager)

Berlin real-estate broker firm is open to hire full-time with relocation to Germany.

Visa and relocation support, paid German courses are provided together with other company perks. Compensation about 60-65K annually.

The company exists since 2015 and have got more and more investments since then, so it's rapidly growing and developing.

They are looking for experienced team member who is passionate about API-first Solutions.

Basic tech (and non-tech) requirements:

• Knowledge in Python, Nodejs, GO or equivalent

• Knowledge in MongoDB, PostgreSQL or equivalent

• Knowledge in SonarQube, WebDriver, Selenium, BrowserStack, Postman or equivalent

• Knowledge in cypress, puppeteer, protractor, chimp, nightwatch is a plus

• Knowledge in coaching, recruiting and training is a plus

As a Release Manager you will

• Initiate the test planning activities for test case design and encourage the team to hold review meetings and ensure that the review comments are incorporated

• Monitor the test progress by constantly assessing the work assigned to each of the resources and re-balance or re-allocate them as required

• Hold discussions with testers to figure out the issues that they may be facing and strive hard to resolve them

• Hold meetings within the test team to make sure everyone is aware of what the other fellow team members are doing

• Coordinate with software component teams to ensure that software is released on schedule and meets requirements

• Support software releases by releasing internal notifications, supporting documentation and software availability

• Deploy software and work with DevOps to maintain and troubleshoot issues on the QA test systems
